Closing Date for Registration

Registration for all instructor-led courses closes seven (7) business days before their start dates. There are no exceptions! Course locations and dates are subject to change. If a course is cancelled, participants will receive immediate notification. You are welcome to call us at (888) 774-6258 before making travel arrangements to confirm course dates and times.

Refund and Cancellation Policies

Payments are final. While refunds are not given, registrants who are unable to attend their scheduled courses can have their payments applied to a course for a future date up to one year.

How To Register

To register for an instructor-led course, you can:

• Call our office at (888) 774-6258 and we'll take your information.
• Complete the Instructor-Led Registration Form below, print it and fax it to our office: (800) 738-4266.

Usage Requirements

You must accept our Terms of Service Agreement (TOS). The TOS grants a license to use an online course for 15 or 30 days. Under the terms and conditions of the TOS, usage is limited to one individual and this usage cannot be shared in any way with others. During the time period to complete the course, access is available 24 hours a day.

Refund and Cancellation Policies

Payments are final. The license to use an online course cannot be cancelled once a user is registered. For some extenuating circumstances e.g., serious illness, accident, loss of electricity and/or Internet connection, the time period for completing the online course may be extended. Requests regarding extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our office: (888) 774-6258.
