Mark W. Morningstar, D.C.—Director of Research, Instructor
Dr. Morningstar's commitment to research began as a chiropractic student when
he became frustrated at its scarcity for the profession. He works closely
with Dr. Pettibon in the design of studies and is responsible for engaging
Pettibon practitioners as 'field investigators'. He also oversees the publication
of The Pettibon Institute's research.
Dr. Morningstar studied cell biology at Oakland University before going on to Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he received his degree in 2002. Dr. Morningstar has had articles published in the Journal of Chiropractic Medicine, the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics, and BioMed Centralan online repository of biomedical journals. Dr. Morningstar is on the adjunct faculty for Palmer College's special programs. He practices chiropractic as the Clinic Director for the Anchor Bay Spine Clinic in New Baltimore, Michigan, and as the Executive Director of the Grand Blanc Spine Center in Grand Blanc, Michigan.
